Was very pleased with the Lexus dealership. I wandered in the late afternoon looking at all the cars in the parking lot. Olti Gjimsra came running out to ask me if he could help me. I explained that I was thinking of buying a new or used car depending on the price. My intentions were to look at the Toyotas, the Subarus and the Lexus. I owned a Lexus many years ago, and was serviced by John Ponce. Olti invited me into the dealership and proceeded to show me his inventory on the computer I went from intending to buy a used vehicle to eventually purchasing a brand new 2026 350RXH. The rest is history and I am now enjoying my new car. I never went any further to see anything else. I am sure Olti took good care of me. He was wonderful.
