Jennifer Perry is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and patient. I needed to leave my car overnight for repair to my tire rim. Jennifer said I would have a loaner car and she would call when it was r and patient. I needed to leave my car overnight for repair to my tire rim. Jennifer said I would have a loaner car and she would call when it was ready. So good to have the loaner to get home and do a few errands but I should have read the loaner policy as I returned the car with a full tank of gas. The car had 1/4 tank with only a 66 mile range and that was not enough for my commute back home then back to dealership. I know the next customer will be happy with a full tank. Also happy that I can return anytime for complimentary car wash due to today’s inclement weather. Thank you Jennifer for another A+ Service experience. More

Abraham was simply the best! I called on Friday panicked about a leak in my car. He scheduled me to come Saturday and promised me a loaner car. He greeted me with courtesy, said he’d do his best to get me out quickly and kept me informed thru the entire process. I was so impressed with his sincerity and luckily there was no issue at all but chose to get a tire change and of course, the car wash! Thank you Abraham! More
