I went to the dealership for a regular service. I waited about three hours which was much longer than I expected. I also specifically asked them to help me with my dashboard as I was constantly get I waited about three hours which was much longer than I expected. I also specifically asked them to help me with my dashboard as I was constantly getting a reset pin message. I was told that only their genius could do that. I was never given the genius‘s contact information during my three hour wait. After I was done and I got a follow up text from the service manager. I asked for the genius‘s contact information. I have reached out to the genius three times now and still have not heard from them. My dashboard is still basically useless. The dealership has always been pretty poor as far as customer service even though I have bought about six cars from them over the last 20 years. If there was another good dealership around, I would go to it. More
The front desk person, Tyler was courteous and took my note about the rear seat needing to be cleaned. However, when I returned to pickup the car, the seat was not cleaned. When pointed out, they made me wait for ten minutes while they tried to clean it. The seat was only partially cleaned and was still dirty along the creases. On top of that, they left some residue on the start button and splashes all over the inside of the windshield that I had to clean myself at home. This was my last prepaid service. I was considering extending initially as I've been treated well in the past but the quality had gone down over the years unfortunately. More
