John was not only very helpful but also very knowledgeable. When the car that I wanted wasn’t on the lot he made the effort to find one and reserve it for me. I was in Boston for a weekend and was returning home to Portland on the Monday. Five of my dashboard warning lights went on and the engine sounded and felt like it was misfiring as I headed north. Quickly Portland on the Monday. Five of my dashboard warning lights went on and the engine sounded and felt like it was misfiring as I headed north. Quickly Googles Lexus Service and Ira Lexus in Danvers was close by. Long story short they (Richard) was friendly and upbeat and they took my car right in. They discovered that a large nest in the engine compartment. They figured squirrel due to the acorns and droppings. Some of the wiring had been gnawed on! Sure enough they sorted it out and a couple hours later I was on my way home. Richard C, the Assistant Service Manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. He kept me constantly updated on the progress. They even used rodent repellent tape on the wiring - who knew?! Six stars for great service on the fly. More
