If I knew buying a car would be this easy...I just purchased a 2012 Subaru Legacy that I ended up ordering because I wanted a 6 speed. Mike was knowledgeable and friendly, he kept me informed while I waited for my car to get here. He even texted me a picture when the car finally got here and was off the truck! I have had a wonderful experience with Mike and the rest of the guys at International Subaru! More
Unbelievably poor sales department. I came in to look at a 2011 Subaru WRX with the possible trade-in of a 2006 Tribeca. I spoke with a salesperson (I believe his name was Mike) on the phone and of course, a 2011 Subaru WRX with the possible trade-in of a 2006 Tribeca. I spoke with a salesperson (I believe his name was Mike) on the phone and of course, he was friendly and said he would work with me as best as he can. Upon showing up to the dealership I was looked at like a complete foreigner with all the other sales people holding their noses high like I shouldn't even be there. When I asked about my trade-in I was told I would be getting a at least 3-4 thousand less than what Subaru offered online for their guaranteed buy-back offer even though this dealership was part of the program. Mind you the Tribeca was in pristine condition as well with no dings, scratches, or any other type of blemish. I even had it detailed for the sole purpose of getting that trade-in value Subaru was offering. This place was not worth my time nor my money. I ended up going a little further up north to Grand Subaru. Purchased my WRX there since their service was top-notch. Got the same exact trade-in value as Subaru offered online as well. At least the guys at Grand are genuine and care about the customer. International Subaru just wants your money and if the customer looks like a million bucks, the sales people will be willing to sell their souls for your dollar. More
I had a good experience buying a 2011 forester. Got a good price and good trade in value. But I did my homework and had my numbers worked out before going in, but they met my prices with no haggling or good price and good trade in value. It's very slow (up to 2 hrs for an oil change!). And it's hard to even get someone on the phone to make a service appt. More
No pressure. Ken was extremely knowledgeable about thr product. The manager Terry was helpful and gave us more for our trade than the other Subaru dealer we went to. Best experience I every had buying a new car. I went back three times before purchasing a 2012 Outback. Ken was outstanding. Very pleasant, low pressure and extremely knowledgeable, he really knows what he's three times before purchasing a 2012 Outback. Ken was outstanding. I went in thinking what was going to be a pain, turned out to be one of my best experiences in buying a car, no pressure, I couldn’t believe i Park. Terry and John were so helpful, knowledgeable and answered my numerous questions. Whatever they did not know they went and asked the tech or found someone who did. The deal I got was unbelievable. I have 228,000 on my car now and when it is time I'll be there for another Subaru. Thank you Terry and John, you both get five stars, see you soon More

I originally came just to test drive and purchase elsewhere. I used truecar.com and I received a call from Ania about five minutes after I applied for a quote. She got me all the information I needed and was not pushy at all. When my wife and I arrived to test drive, Ania already had the car pulled up and ready to go. I was really wowed. We spent some time talking about purchasing but their offer on my trade in was way too low. That night we put a deposit on the car and went home. Yet again we did not feel pushed at all. The next day we came back to finish the purchase. I had already secured a loan trough my bank but Ania thought they would be able to beat the rate. She explained why and it made total sense so I allowed them to try. Sure enough they saved me a half percent on my loan. I was very impressed with how they presented their case. The whole process was pretty much painless. Ania was very helpful and responded quickly to my emails or voice mails. This was really nice considering two other dealerships I was working with took forever to get back to me. More

John, my salesman, was great in explaining the Forester's features and options and finding a car on the lot in the color I wanted and with the options I wanted. When it came time to do the finance paperwork I couldn't believe how friendly Frank was. He explained the various items of paperwork to me and showed me available extended warranty options without being pushy. I was out the door in no time with my new Forester (and extended warranties!). The whole International Subaru experience was phenomenal. An even bigger part of this is that I come from a Ford family, with a Ford employee father, and the Subaru was still a better value despite his employee discounts. I will recommend International Subaru to anyone I can! Thanks for everything! More
