I originally came just to test drive and purchase elsewhere. I used truecar.com and I received a call from Ania about five minutes after I applied for a quote. She got me all the information I needed and was not pushy at all. When my wife and I arrived to test drive, Ania already had the car pulled up and ready to go. I was really wowed. We spent some time talking about purchasing but their offer on my trade in was way too low. That night we put a deposit on the car and went home. Yet again we did not feel pushed at all. The next day we came back to finish the purchase. I had already secured a loan trough my bank but Ania thought they would be able to beat the rate. She explained why and it made total sense so I allowed them to try. Sure enough they saved me a half percent on my loan. I was very impressed with how they presented their case. The whole process was pretty much painless. Ania was very helpful and responded quickly to my emails or voice mails. This was really nice considering two other dealerships I was working with took forever to get back to me. More
The entire experience at International Subaru made for an excellent first car buying experience. I felt like I was getting a great deal all while feeling no pressure from any salespeople. John, my salesman, was great in explaining the Forester's features and options and finding a car on the lot in the color I wanted and with the options I wanted. When it came time to do the finance paperwork I couldn't believe how friendly Frank was. He explained the various items of paperwork to me and showed me available extended warranty options without being pushy. I was out the door in no time with my new Forester (and extended warranties!). The whole International Subaru experience was phenomenal. An even bigger part of this is that I come from a Ford family, with a Ford employee father, and the Subaru was still a better value despite his employee discounts. I will recommend International Subaru to anyone I can! Thanks for everything! More

The purchase of my 2012 Subaru Outback 3.6 Limited is the fourth Vehicle in my garage and will be the one that gets the most usage, so when I stopped in International Autos (IA) I was looking for an automobi fourth Vehicle in my garage and will be the one that gets the most usage, so when I stopped in International Autos (IA) I was looking for an automobile that would give years of service and still be exciting to drive. At IA I found just that along with a VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF in there beautiful well appointed showroom. From the moment I entered the showroom and was greeted by John Kazminski I knew that if the vehicle lived up to the reviews, John would be closing a deal. His sincerity and knowledge of the product was obvious. He gave a brief history of the dealership and his background, and inquired about me and how I happened into IA. After a day of shopping for a vehicle at four different dealers John was a breath of fresh air. After throughly going over the features of the vehicle and a test ride, my mind was made up. He assured me that he could locate the vehicle of my choice and could have it in a couple days. A man of his word, John located the vehicle, brought it to the dealership, and a deal was made. In between Terry McQuaid got involved with emailing and faxing to my credit union any information needed all the time copying me and keeping me in the loop when John was not available. This was truly a TEAM effort.I cannot say enough great things about IA and John K. I know that this was not a isolated occurence, this is the way International Auto does business! Keep up the GREAT WORK!I'm looking forward to meeting the Service Department Staff, because I know the same customer service is expected in that department. More

I called to set up an appointment for my 60k service on my 06 Forester. When I arrived I was greeted by Jeremy who i Spoke with on the phone. He had a brand new loaner waiting for me and I was on my way. W my 06 Forester. When I arrived I was greeted by Jeremy who i Spoke with on the phone. He had a brand new loaner waiting for me and I was on my way. When I came back my car was washed up and waiting for me. I was probably there for a total of 10 minutes between dropping off and picking up my car. They seem to have done a good job since I haven't had any problems. I was most impressed by how quick and painless as ell as courteous they were. I will definetly be gouing back for my service needs. More
Unbelievably bad service department. I purchased a 2011 Subaru Forester and have had nothing but problems with it. It’s been in the service dept more than it’s been on the road. The service department an Subaru Forester and have had nothing but problems with it. It’s been in the service dept more than it’s been on the road. The service department and technicians there are clueless and they can’t even perform a simple oil change without causing damage to the vehicle. They don’t listen to the customer regarding the problem because they don’t care. They just recently had my car for 5 DAYS to fix a rattle in the engine compartment, two broken plastic latched in the cabin and replace a drain plug that they stripped out trying to perform an oil change. Well, it still rattles, one of the clips is still broken and I’m out 30 bucks in rental car fuel. If you expect quality service and support from management you may want to go somewhere else. Keep in mind that this review is not being left after only one experience but more like 5. I have given them every opportunity to redeem themselves. I’ll be escalating this event to the parent company as well as filing a lemon law complaint if this is not resolved soon. I’ll update this review when necessary. Update. They are attempting to resolve this issue once again. I'll update when needed. More
We went to International Subaru to look at a used/service loaner Outback and compare to new Outbacks. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once we got to the negotiation stage, things became difficult. The sales manager thought he was the wizard from the Wizard of Oz, and he refused to come out of his office to greet us. We went back and forth with the price, and they kept playing games with the price and our trade. It finally came down to a difference of $300, and the manager refused to budge. They lost the sale of a $25,000 car over $300 and their attitude. If the negotiation process wasn't such a game they played, and their attitude and friendliness was better, we probably would have bought the car. The next day, we went to Autobarn Subaru and bought a new Outback for the price we would have paid for the used service loaner. The buying process at the Autobarn was the complete opposite of International Subaru. More
Best experience purchasing a car. Initially, I came to the dealership for a brochure to motivate me to save for a year-end purchase. Mike was professional w/out being pushy. A call to Mike and he was able to track one down w/my first color choice. But what I really appreciated about Mike was that he was able to get me a fair price and financing w/minimal hassles and delays. More
