Wrong Information Up Front The salesman told us that for their used vehicles you get Infiniti's lifetime power train warranty. When I was filling out the financial papers for th The salesman told us that for their used vehicles you get Infiniti's lifetime power train warranty. When I was filling out the financial papers for the used SUV we was buying the finance lady showed me a document stating all the extra services such as warranties that I refused to purchase. I then asked her about the power train warranty that the salesman said that we would get and she said that our vehicle was not eligible for that warranty because of the mileage. So we was told wrong about the warranty whether it be dishonesty or just the salesman did not have all the details about the warranty, but either way we was misled. We liked the vehicle and wanted it anyway, so I didn't let this be a deal breaker. I will give them this, they did beat our lender's interest rate and they also was not pushy about anything. I only recommend this dealership because they weren't pushy like Kia of Kingsgate Automall was. I might update this review once I see how the dents get fixed that we was promised that I also have in writing. My advice when dealing with this dealership is to ask more than one person about all information given to ensure you get the right answers. More

Absolutely Thrilled with Customer Service! 10/10 Brought my 2007 Infiniti M35X in for a recall on the airbag. Korey was a treat to deal with, working patiently with me in order to fit the appointmen Brought my 2007 Infiniti M35X in for a recall on the airbag. Korey was a treat to deal with, working patiently with me in order to fit the appointment into my schedule. On top of replacing the airbag, they also dealt with a recall on my accelerator pedal pad at the same time. When issues occurred involving my ECM needing to be replaced due to some issue during the service, they replaced that as well, all while allowing me a nice courtesy vehicle to use on my commute during the wait! After getting my car back I noticed that the keys needed to be reprogrammed since the ECM was replaced. One quick call and I was set back up with another appointment and another courtesy vehicle to use in the meantime; all problems solved. All the employees were wonderful to speak with, and I think the quality of a company's customer service is shown in how they deal with issues that occur during and / or after a job like this, and I couldn't be more genuinely impressed with their responses. With employees and service like this, not to mention the quality of vehicles I've seen, Infiniti and Nissan have me as a very loyal customer! Keep up the absolutely stunning work! More

My wife and I were seeking a vehicle, as her lease on her current vehicle was set to end in August. Initially we came in to look at a Nissan, but John invited us to preview the other inventory on the lot. At no time did we feel pressured to ever make a decision and they were completely transparent. After test driving the vehicle, we decided on a 2016 QX50 CPO. Casey and John worked with us to help us understand all aspects of the sale and the best way to handle turn in of the existing vehicle. The vehicle was fully inspected and brought up to almost new condition before we received it, we couldn't be more pleased.
