They had the car 4-5 days before finally offering a loaner car to my husband. We asked for our warranty/service work for the windscreen and resurfacing the tires to be done while they had the car almos loaner car to my husband. We asked for our warranty/service work for the windscreen and resurfacing the tires to be done while they had the car almost 2 weeks - the car was returned without this service work being completed.Customer Service seems to be lacking in the last few years.
