Worst Day Ever at a Service Center! I went in to have a valve sensor replace and four hours later I went and the next day my tire was flat! I returned that day to find out that they put I went in to have a valve sensor replace and four hours later I went and the next day my tire was flat! I returned that day to find out that they put the wrong sensor in. A job that shouldn't take no more than a hour and a half to get done. Wow! Never again will I go back there and then to have the service guy try to up sale on things I know I didn't need, at least not from them! And the nagging sales woman trying to sell me a new vehicle after I told her I was not interested 3-4 times.Sad! More

Repair took too long My vehicle was tied up for over a week for a defective item covered by my basic warranty. I appreciate the loaner but expected the part to be in count My vehicle was tied up for over a week for a defective item covered by my basic warranty. I appreciate the loaner but expected the part to be in country if not at a related dealership. I inquired about having an oil service done as my interval was close. I had not taken advantage of my 2nd "free oil service within a year" on my certified purchase. This would have helped make things right.. This idea was also rejected by my service advisor. I'll search for other Dealerships for my next service. More
