I brought my car in for work on a noise and vibration and an oil change. Fred told me my rim was slight bent mostly likely from a pothole. He said they were working to fix that and reseal the tires. He did say at 28k miles I should think about new tires in the fall before winter. I came back with the loaner when he said the car would be ready. I waited another 2 hours there and I was the one that would have to check with Fred if it was ready. He said they were having a tough time resealing the tire. On the way home, I realized the noise and vibration was worse and that there was a bubble in that tire. I’ve been told that it probably happened when the rim was slightly bent....not sure as I nor did the technician say anything about it. I brought it back in last Sunday and dropped it off to pick up Wednesday on my way back from vacation. No work had been done when I was called on Wednesday and no call until that day about what was going on. When I got back there Wednesday, Justin told me in the end it’s my tires making all the noise. I mentioned how frustrating that is to hear after all this time. He said Infiniti could be competitive on tire pricing when I said I’d probably go elsewhere to get new tires. He said he’d follow up Thursday on pricing....never heard from anyone. Coming to me now with pricing seems reactionary and not worth it to me. More

Disappointing and frustrating This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this garage. I brought my car in for my routine oil change about a month ago and also reque This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this garage. I brought my car in for my routine oil change about a month ago and also requested a sticker. I was told they stopped doing stickers for people a few weeks back because it was not profitable for the garage and took up too much time. The whole reason people purchase luxury vehicles and have them serviced at their garages is for the "great service". I don't think being told that they no longer do stickers because its not profitable is great service. This really upset me! I also requested that my second key be checked because it wasn't working. The man who took my vehicle apparently put the key in the cupholder and then told whoever was looking at the car to replace the battery in my working key, charging me for an unnecessary new battery. When I finally got the car back, I drove down the street to get my OWN sticker at a nearby garage. Once there, I tried my new key and found that it still did not work. I drove back to Infiniti and explained that the key did not work. They said well we replaced the battery. I said well it still does not work. When I handed them the key, they said oh nobody told us about this key. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to do whatever they needed to do to get it to work. Jason was kind enough to offer to email me a certificate for a free oil change and tire rotation. I said that would be great. I have yet to receive this certificate, despite numerous phone calls and voice mails. More

My latest car ended up to be a lemon and if it wasn’t for Fred the service manager I would not get these results. Mark the general manager did everything to make sure that this transaction would not get through! But thank god for Fred! They are very lucky to have Fred as a service manager! Fred was very instrumental to see that the car indeed had safety issues! And because of him they did the right thing and bought back the leased car. Thank you Fred!!! More

Customer services I had been a pervious customer of Infiniti of Hanover so it was only natural that I would go back and look for my next vehicle. I had met with Victori I had been a pervious customer of Infiniti of Hanover so it was only natural that I would go back and look for my next vehicle. I had met with Victoria Vanegas after a few visits of kicking the tires. Victoria was inviting and attentive, for once I felt comfortable looking for a vehicle. I would call/email Victoria at least once a week inquiring about recent inventory arrivals It took a few calls and back and forth emails but ultimately Victoria found me the vehicle that I was looking for, during those calls/emails I found Victoria to be pleasant, never overbearing in the sense that she needed to make a sale. She was courteous and professional and provided a level of customer service that is rare in the new/use car industry. Victoria went above and beyond my expectations . Her professionalisms is reflective in what the management team of Mark Hoch and Chris Sanner strife for to make you a return customer at Infiniti of Hanover. More
