Jorge Paiola was able to seal this deal by answering all of our questions & providing us with the incentives that made staying with the QX60 the best choice for us by far. His pleasant, pressure free attitude put us at ease while we focused on making this important decision. Jorge also spent a great deal of time with us to help familiarize us with all of the myriad bells & whistles that came with our new automobile. Jorge made concepts in blue tooth, auxiliary & mobile phone features that I had struggled with in the past, seem easy & approachable. You might want to rethink the labor costs for small work Service, waiting time etc are on par with my expectation. But charges! Along with my engine oil change I just wanted them to replace my rear wiper bla Service, waiting time etc are on par with my expectation. But charges! Along with my engine oil change I just wanted them to replace my rear wiper blade insert, for which I was charged a labor of $22, part $16. I won’t question the part charge but labor ? $22 for a 1-2 minute task ? My engine oil change std labor charges are itself $26. Labor cost $22 for wiper blade replacement?! In the other dealership they’d just do this as a courtesy on my way out. More

Unfortunately the guys claimed to have washed the car what a joke. Seriously if you are gonna no to offer a courtesy wash at least return the car cleaner than it was when it can in for service. Riki is also very easy to talk to so on my test drive I felt really comfortable and there was no pressure on whether or not that car had to be the one.
