Customer service We purchased a certified used vehicle on September 16, 2019. When we took possession of the vehicle there were light scratches and minor chips on the vehicle that we pointed out to both the sales manager, Chris scanner and our salesman Jorge Paiola. We were told that they would be addressed, on the ride home I noticed that the passenger seatbelt had some fraying along the edges. (This was a safety concern as it could fail in a collision). I did email Jorge about this and was told this would also be addressed. The next morning we also noticed that the brakes had a significant squeak to them when backing out of driveway. Arrangements were made through Jorge to drop the vehicle off for these issues on Tuesday September 24, As there was not a liner vehicle available before then. When dropping off vehicle we went over all there issues a second time with both Jorge and the service rep. And were told we should expect our vehicle on Thursday the 26, We received no communication from with Jorge or the service dept. my wife and I both called the dealership and left a message for Jorge and the service manager. Never heard back from Jorge and my wife finally spoke with the Arron from service only after she called back later in the day. At that time there seamed to confusion as to weather the seatbelt was covered under warranty this was after Jorge had informed us that the dealership was covering it either way. And also that the wrong part had been ordered and would be another day before we could expect the vehicle back. Still be call from Jorge. On Saturday morning I contacted the service department and spoke with Josh who identified himself as the service manager. I asked what the status was with the vehicle and was told that the seatbelt was being put in and it would be ready today. I then asked about the brake issue was told that there was no note of it. He then informed me that this was normal to hear that in the morning when backing up. I told it wasn’t and he said it was anew issue and would be “looked at” and that he could not guarantee that the vehicle would be ready because of this. There seems to be a total lack of customer care as well as internally as well as confusion from what I have experienced thus far. This is certainly not what we were expecting purchasing a certified Infinti It is the service after the sale that counts and so far we are very disappointed and dissatisfied More

My sales associate, Jorge, was helpful and not pushy. The financing and sales teams work seamlessly and go way out of their way (Riki brought the paperwork to my office on the Cape!). I ended up purchasing a previously loved, fully loaded car that feels way fancier than me. It’s been a great experience. More
Avoid this dealer. I just came to this dealer to replace a burned out bulb for the right front signal. Disappointed After finding out that my steering wheel is broken and they will cover the repair, I am very disappointed in the service here. I noticed the steering wheel could not be lowered as the mechanism is broken. I informed my sales person to which he agreed it is a very big deal, and he set me up with a service appointment, who told me it is not a safety factor and will not be repaired. To me it is a safety factor & had I noticed it the 1 time I test drove the vehicle, I would not have purchased it! $23,000.00 later I am stuck w a high steering wheel, that is awkward and uncomfortable for me to drive.... Free checkup I brought car in because I was hearing a noise from the wheels. George was literally a 10 when it comes to customer service and knowledge. Communication was perfection. George went above and beyond in making my needs fulfilled from the test drive to hand delivering my car to my home. Their comments such as “not a problem” or “whatever you need” was truly genuine. I have had some very uncomfortable challenging car buying experiences in the past. I will never go to another dealership but infinity of Hanover from now on. I will share thins with everyone I know. My discovery is perfect thanks to this amazing team!! More

QX80 acquisition I was looking to trade in my 2012 qx 56 for a new qx 80 but wanted a specific color combination, after getting disappointed with three other dealers I I was looking to trade in my 2012 qx 56 for a new qx 80 but wanted a specific color combination, after getting disappointed with three other dealers I then came to Hanover as this is where I had previously purchased my qx 56 and though they did not have it either, they went above and beyond to not only locate but get it for me,iwas ecstatic when it arrived and my wife loves her new truck thanks to jorge and the entire staff.i will continue to be in their debt for making this experience si rewarding for my wife and i.
