First I would like to say thank you to Christina Gardner our sales associate who was extremely pleasant and professional to work with while looking for a SUV. Shout out to Kalvin who we spoke to first a few days ago and because of his professionalism we returned to purchase the suv. I traveled 120 miles across the state since Infiniti of Hanover had the QX50 in stock with the color and options that we wanted. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was greeted by the receptionist who promptly escorted me to the waiting area...within minutes both Riki and Dennis arrived to begin the paperwork and delivery process. Despite a minor issue with the title/registration (which was quickly resolved), the process was seamless. The car was detailed to perfection, full tank of gas, registered and inspected and I was on my way back to Western Massachusetts. Both Riki and Dennis are great ambassadors for both Infiniti of Hanover and Infiniti USA. More

New ownership, some bumps, good service I made a service appt. for my Infiniti QX60, but when I arrived there was no record of the appt. The dealership apparently was just sold two weeks ago I made a service appt. for my Infiniti QX60, but when I arrived there was no record of the appt. The dealership apparently was just sold two weeks ago, and there is some confusion in the transition. There is a skeleton staff, and not much of the typical excellent service and atmosphere I was accustomed to in the state I recently relocated from. However, an employee named Mario did his utmost best to take care of me and my car, despite a challenging situation and some roadblocks. I’m hoping the transition will be successful, as it’s very difficult to find Infiniti dealers and service here, and this one is an hour away from my home as it is. Because of Mario’s professional, friendly and accommodating service, I will give them another try for my next 6-month service. More

They wouldn’t even knock $200 off that for me but wasn’t going to walk away from best priced F150 in 75 mile radius for couple hundred bucks. More

Very poor service I have been having blue tooth issues since I bought my car a month ago. I have had my car in 2x with no resolution. Today I was to drop off my car and I have been having blue tooth issues since I bought my car a month ago. I have had my car in 2x with no resolution. Today I was to drop off my car and pick up a load dr, I showed up at my appt to find the dealership closed down permantly. Now I’m still stuck with this problem as Infiniti was too cheap to order the unit without testing for the 3rd time. Infinity sucks and I will never buy another. As a matter of fact I will be contacting the better business bureau. More
