I headed to Flemington from Eastern PA because they had the car I was looking for. The salesman, Bob was outstanding. No pressure, no sales talk and even called across the street to Audi to see if they h the car I was looking for. The salesman, Bob was outstanding. We have known Bob and Steve from the Nissan Show Room days, as we have had four different vehicles thru them, and have always had a very pleasant, professional experience. We have stopped in occasionally at their new post, Infinity, and both have been true gentlemen and always had a few minutes to spare. When we started looking for another car, out initial inclination was to look for a pre-owned Infinity or others from the dealership. Bob, once again, proved to be a true customer focused individual and helped us with a Chrysler Minivan. So, it was a natural for us to look to Bob for a new Infinity and he was very helpful, attentive to our needs and was instrumental in ensuring that we had our options explained for the most cost-efective solution. He is not one to pressure customers in one direction or other and is willing to consider all avenues to ensure that we get the optimum deal. The very fact that he is attentive to customers needs and not being just a 'salesman' goes a long way in our preference to deal with Bob (and Steve). After the purchase, Bob was equally attentive to meet our needs and help answer questions. he went out of his way to find solutions to some minor issues with the radio and cell phone, even recruiting another colleague to help us. I am also looking forward to getting his direction and help with the first service call, as we are yet to make one. I am sure this will continue in the future, he has become as much a family friend, due to his sincerity, non-pressure demeanor and ability and willingness to look for a mutually beneficial transaction. I would certainly, unconditionally recommend Bob and Steve any one interested in buying a car or to get to know true professionals. More

It looked brand new and we were very interested in it. They were nice enough to take it out of the show room so we could do a test drive. That is the car that we purchased. We got a great price for a beautiful luxury car. Bob and the managers were very helpful in getting paperwork completed. Most of all they were very honest and upfront. We were shown the service history for the car as well as the carfax report. We were also provided with all the original paperwork for the car. They gave us a great price for our trade in. The reason I gave them this review rating is because of their honesty and friendliness. They are also not pushy. They respect you and listen to you and give you the time to make the decision without rushing. I will definitely go back to them for another car. More
I first contacted Flemington Infinity though the internet, and quickly received a response. After speaking with a friendly Joel Woodes, I received an email from him as requested with "special inter internet, and quickly received a response. The following day I went to Flemington Infinity for a test drive. I brought with me AAA internet pricing commitments from two other dealers. I asked them to be as competitive as possible, so they gave me a good price, but not a great price. Flemington's best price was $2,697 MORE than I actually paid for the car from another dealer (which was an awesome price)! While at the dealership, I received conflicting information regarding available car configuration. I was given a quote for a vehicle that they realized was not capable of being ordered. The salesman only realized it when I pointed out the available configurations in the glossy Infinity brochure. I was also given conflicting stories about the available options and pricing of those options. For example, I wanted a vehicle with a black grille. I was informed by Joel Woodes in his initial email, that if a vehicle wasn't available with the black grille (a $420 factory/port installed option) the cost of the grille and dealer installation would be about $800. The salesman, Rob Santore, told me that to get the black grille, I would have to wait until they could get a the vehicle I wanted as it came though the port, and have the port install it. He said that the dealership couldn't install it. The "impressive" dealership that I finally purchased the vehicle from, only charged me the listed factory $420 option price even though they installed it at the dealer facility. When I received a follow up call from Joel, I gave him feedback about my experience. He tried to explain the confusion on the earthquake and tsunami in Japan! Overall, the experience was not a terrible one, but it wasn't impressive. I expected a better experience because knew they are an "Infinity Internet Certified Dealership" and a recipient of the "2010 Infinity Award of Excellence". I also saw the 4.9/5 rating on the "DealerRater.com" site. Flemington just wasn't up to par with other Infinity dealerships that I worked with. More
In December 2010 I was driving around in a 1998 Infiniti I30 that I purchased used in 2001. It was well maintained and the car responded in turn. I could probably have kept it going a while longer but decided it was time for a newer car. I needed the rear seat legroom for a tall son and some features for me like an integrated bluetooth, a backup camera and a navigation system. I looked at some other brands, test drove a couple but settled on the M. I cannot afford a new M but hoped to minimize potential problems by purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned M35 vehicle. I stopped by a local Infiniti dealer who did not have exactly what I was looking for. I took a test drive and felt comfortable with the car but not the sales person so I then checked dealer websites within a 100 mile range of my home for vehicle availability in a price range I was comfortable with. After checking this dealerrater website, I visited Flemington Infiniti just before the end of the year. I had the name of a sales rep in mind based on the dealerrating.com recommendations but met with HAL LUDWIG, by chance, and felt comfortable right away. I did not bother to mention or ask for the other sales rep and have no regrets. Hal listened to what I wanted, showed me a couple of vehicles, explained the different features and sale prices of each. We went for a test drive in a 2007 model that met my needs. After the test drive, we discussed financing terms and sales number for the vehicle I was interested in. Hal mentioned that there was very little wiggle room in the pricing but that he would entertain an offer. I told him I was not ready to buy that night and that I would like to bring my wife back in two days for another test drive. I felt no pressure to close the deal that night and Hal welcomed the opportunity to see us again in a couple of days. My wife and I returned as planned. We were greeted by a courteous receptionist, Hal was paged, the car was ready for us and we were out on a follow-up test drive within a short time of our arrival. I had checked the dealer website that morning and noticed that the price for the vehicle was dropped (end-of-year) to a number very close to what I was planning to offer. Done deal!! We signed the initial paperwork and left a deposit for the vehicle that day. We made plans to come back the following week (in January) to take possession. Turns out that Infiniti had dropped the finance rate on January 1st so I called to check on that before going back for the final purchase. Hal and STEVE KILEY made sure that the current rate was used for my financing. I walked - actually DROVE out of there a very happy owner in my 'new' M. As a follow-up item, I purchased a road hazard warranty that was offered by the dealership when I purchased the vehicle and boy I am glad I did. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, I hit a pot hole or something else in the road that damaged a tire beyond repair (sidewall cut). I called Hal to figure out just what to do and he was very helpful and reassuring. We worked through the issue, the tire was repaired and I received a check from the road hazard company for nearly 100% of the tire replacement. More
The reason why I gave this rating is because I said what I wanted and I was listened to! Some advice was given and I got a beautiful car with lots of fine features that I am very happy with. All the staff were welcoming from the receptionist to my salesman who always greeted and met me at the door and walked me back to the door. The financing gentleman did a thorough job of explanation and still kept it warm and friendly and the supervisor stopped by to say hello and to thank me.
