I work in Manhattan and making it to the service department is hard at times, but these guys have waited past their closing time because they knew I was en route coming to them. They take care of the cars and respect you. You do not feel like you are dealing with a car salesperson, as this always has a bad connotation. They are like family whenever I come down. I once took my car to Manhattan Infiniti, and I regret it still to this day. That is why I drive MORE THAN 60 miles EACH WAY to come and get service done by Flemington.
