I work in Manhattan and making it to the service department is hard at times, but these guys have waited past their closing time because they knew I was en route coming to them. They take care of the cars and respect you. You do not feel like you are dealing with a car salesperson, as this always has a bad connotation. They are like family whenever I come down. I once took my car to Manhattan Infiniti, and I regret it still to this day. That is why I drive MORE THAN 60 miles EACH WAY to come and get service done by Flemington. Patti in service is always EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Steve and Rob are awesome too. More

I went into the Infiniti dealership with my wife to jsut peruse some vehicles. We had an idea of what we wanted and were approached professionally and nto forced into buying anything. I would have to say in dealing with 5 previous cars before this one, this was my best experience. It was the first time a left a dealership feeling as though I got exactly what I paid. The whole staff there was very warm and professional from beggining to end. Everything was explained thoroughly. I was even able to drop off my old lease from a different dealer with them to handle for me. WOW. A++ experience. I will be returning again when its time for a new car.
