INFINITI of Flemington (Ciocca)

I just purchased a new Q60 red sport from Ciocca Infiniti of Flemington, and once again the sales experience was phenomenal. This is my second new car purchase this year from here, and I would highly recomme of Flemington, and once again the sales experience was phenomenal. This is my second new car purchase this year from here, and I would highly recommend this dealer for new car sales. This time, I worked with Tom. Tom was great! Incredibly knowledgeable of the car, demonstrated empathy to me as a client, and made the sales experience a true joy. Steve, the sales manager, remembered me and also made me feel like "family" when returning to the dealer for another potential sale. The pricing was fair, and as a seasoned car buyer, when I decide on a car, I am ready to buy. Although it was close to closing time when I said yes, all the people needed to perform delivery stayed late to make life easier for me so I didn't have to return days later as I do not live close. You might think this "spot sale" was to the dealer's advantage, but for me, it was also to my advantage and I left that night driving away incredibly happy. Everything from first phone call, to test drive, to trade evaluation, to finance, to demonstration and delivery was a great experience. My compliments to all those at Ciocca Infiniti of Flemington who contributed to my happy day. More
