This team provides the ULTIMATE car buying experience. From the first (text) conversation with Courtney, who patiently answered my questions, explained the different trims, color options, and provided me From the first (text) conversation with Courtney, who patiently answered my questions, explained the different trims, color options, and provided me with pictures, which helped me find my dream car. Then Courtney introduced me to Robert, who walked me through the next steps of the car buying process. Robert was also patient, and answered all my questions, he kept me informed, and provided frequent updates on when the car would arrive. The day my husband and I walked into the dealership, we were greeted with smiling faces, (Robert right near the front door) and coffee. Courtney even came over to personally introduce herself. Robert took the time to explain many things about the car, helped me set up the infinity phone app, introduced me to the service team, and explained how many of the features on the car worked. I can’t leave out the great experience signing the financial forms, which could have been stressful, but David took his time explaining all the forms, answering my questions, and ensuring I had adequate maintenance coverage for the next few years.
