I left the service department from a basic oil, filter and tire rotation with new sounds. I also rejected $700 worth of “recommended services” for my new car. Last 2 visits very disappointing. First was for oil change and none of the fluids were topped off. Told I needed air filter. compartment was not even oppened to check. Battery had First was for oil change and none of the fluids were topped off. Told I needed air filter. compartment was not even oppened to check. Battery had some corrision around terminals.....not cleaned. Informmed that I needed rear brakes. Made apointment and work was completed. Service advisor called and said car was finished. I arrived and when I looked at inspection sheet it told me that battery had failed load test. This was not told to me on completeion call. If I had been notified I would have put the battery in. Needless to say the next time I went to start the car (2 days later) it was dead and caused me to miss a Dr.appointment. Not a happy camper that day. Up until the last two visits I had nothing but good things to say. Had all my service work performed there. I have moved further away and not sure if the time to go up to Flemington and back are worth it anymore. More
