A few days prior to me picking up the car, I received a call from my salesman, Alex. He introduced himself and took my insurance information so he could make sure the car was added to my insurance. We also set up a time and date that worked for me and my daughter. When we arrived at the dealership, Alex greeted us with great enthusiasm and treated us like we were old friends. He went through the whole car with us and made sure that our phones were connected and that we completely understood how the features of the car operated. We were then introduced to David, you handled all the paperwork. David was also full of energy and just made the whole paperwork part of the process easy. Great Experience in Buying my new Infinity! I had not bought a new car in 14 years, so this was the first time purchasing a car in a while. The experience I had was excellent. I walked in without an appointment and asked to speak to Alex from a recommendation of a friend. Alex came up to me immediately and said he was with another customer and would be with me as soon as possible. He kept me informed and apologized for the wait. He introduced me to Dave Younan and when I requested another interior color they both went out of their way to try and locate the color I requested. My experience was the great and I would feel comfortable calling Alex with any concerns that I would have in the future. Very Professional and pleasant personnel. SUV Upgrade I have used Flemington Infiniti when I leased my G37 IPL and when my lease was ready to expire, I came back to Flemington because of my previous exper I have used Flemington Infiniti when I leased my G37 IPL and when my lease was ready to expire, I came back to Flemington because of my previous experience with Michael. The no pressure, friendly approach is what I appreciated. The car sells itself and Michael realizes that. When I had specific questions, Michael was there to answer. When it came to pricing, the negotiations were pleasant and constructive. Since I had to order the car, the promised delivery date was met. The final key to me using Flemington Infiniti was their honesty. I had also talked to another Infiniti dealer in the area and they did not tell the truth about a certain option I wanted on the car so they could sell me a car in stock. Infiniti (Corporate) confirmed the Flemington was correct. That did it for me. David in financing was outstanding. Polite, energetic and engaging. He made the paper work a joy. His passion for life was something you do not see often. Preparing and delivering the leasing papers can be tedious, however, David's passion was never better. More
