YOU THINK YOU HAD GREAT SERVICE &. THEN YOU MEET THESE GUYS I really do not know where to begin! This dealership made me and my family feel not only comfortable about purchasing a vehicle but went ABOVE and BEY I really do not know where to begin! This dealership made me and my family feel not only comfortable about purchasing a vehicle but went ABOVE and BEYOND this as if we were their family. MY STORY: I previously bought my MAZDA CX-7 and my two other mazdas from flemington where we made great friendships with the employees. Unfortunately, Mazda flemington had to shut down which made me venture out to get my car serviced at another dealership (the one on 22). Sadly, two weeks ago my turbo went in my CX-7 and I once again had to get it serviced to be fixed however they informed my that I should probably invest into a newer vehicle instead of putting all that money into fixing my 7 year old car with 130,000 miles on it. So naturally I looked at the cars on the lot from this dealership (the one on 22) and was immediately pressured and felt uncomfortable with how they made me feel. I was being treated distastefully and had an unsatisfied feeling from the sales people at the dealership. They were rude, curt, and just pushy when I specifically did not want to make decisions without my husband. Yet still they tried to make me say YES to a lease and gave me a loss of hope for even attempting to purchase the vehicle I was admiring. Disheartened my husband and myself started looking around to see if i should still fix my car because anything would be better than committing to a deal with those guys. I just happened to look online to see what used cards Flemington had to offer. Well, thankfully I came across the Highlander that was at the INFINITY dealership. I called my dad because I knew that he had recently purchased a few vehicles from them and he knew a few people there. Funny to find out that the INFINITY dealership had a sales man there named GEORGE. He actually was the same GEORGE who sold me my Mazda CX-7!!!! We made an appointment to look at the vehicle. THE EXPERIENCE MIND =BLOWN by the kindness of the service here! From the moment my husband and myself opened the doors we were greeted with open arms of love, care, and respect. The first time we were there I was actually smiling and excited to look and test drive the vehicle. In addition we even looked at some other ones. Infinity has some beautiful SUVs- I really hope to one day even purchase one vehicle in particular from them because I did buy the Highlander which is actually TOYOTA. Moving along with the story because this is not even the Great part about this company! Okay, so while we were there siting they kept making sure we had a snack and drink. Keep in mind we do have a 2 year old. They loved her and all adored playing with her and her company. They made sure she got her animal crackers! The place is clean and immaculate. Everyone introduced themselves and had friendly conversations with us. I have to tell you that the first time we were there we did not talk anything about numbers but more about what vehicle we are searching for and what one do I want. George and Howard were amazing and so genuine. We talked about their families and had rich conversations. George is going to be a grandpa and Howard 's son just graduated from High school! I left not depressed but uplifted and happy to now be full of a mindset of a better future for my family in a newer car and safer one. We were thrilled to feel so important. We knew we found home. What CLASS!!! The following week we made an appointment to come in and make a final decision on our vehicle. Again, George and Howard kept walking us through every step and were so polite. Yesterday was the day we made this decision and this is when we met David! Wow- what a nice financial manger to have on board. He was wonderful to work with as well and the three of them said they would discuss with Byron about any other numbers they could work with in order to better meet our needs. Byron- a true gentleman worked with these guys to even get me a better trade in price for my vehicle. THank you so much for this! We are beyond grateful! Now for today!!!! So David checked out everything with the bank and called me to inform me that we were good to go! Excitedly my family and my dad went down to the dealership to finalize everything. First of all- keep in mind that toyotas are not their specialty vehicle because they are an infinity dealership. When we got there GEORGE was so sweet and great! He read the manual to my highlander and wrote sticky notes on everything that was important with the features. The boys even tried all the parts and buttons on the car to make sure they knew what each compartment did in order to be prepared to show me! This is quality service! This is above and beyond the care of the customer. This is true family! Even while being there today we met more great people- Alan and Stephen. They too were so nice with their help. I believe stephen is the gentleman who signed off on something they gave to me :) I felt like a princess there-which is how people should feel when they are purchasing a vehicle. I did not want to get rid of my CX-7. In our family plan we were still going to have it for another two years at least. God had a different plan- and he sure blessed us by falling into the hands of the employees at INFINITY. A stellar team. A superb group of class act people. I was initially interested in a BMW, Audi or a Porsche Macan. However, once I saw the Infiniti Q50s Hybrid it immediately become the front-runner with it solid performance and great appearance. However, what sealed the deal was the experience that I had with my salesperson, Allen. The other dealerships I visited made me feel like they could care less to whom they were selling the car. Allen was friendly, responsive and honest. He gave me a great deal and offered a very fair trade-in value on my existing vehicle. Post sale he has been just as great offering to make time to help me navigate all the "bells and whistles" of the car, personally putting on my new car plates, etc. As a woman, I was dreading the new car shopping experience, but Allen really defies the car salesman stereotype.
