About a month ago I had to trade my SUV in and had an amazing experience working with Flemington Infiniti on purchasing my new toyota highlander. We are so grateful for this gift of a friendship with such wonderful employees here. I cannot express enough how kind and genuine every person who works there is. All the employees greet you, say hello, and ask if you need a water or snack to help yourself. From the front desk, to the sales, to the finance, to the service department there is such superior service compared to other car dealerships as I previously mentioned in another review. Buying cars is like an addiction- you always want to get another one...so Naturally we did just that. We traded in my husbands Jeep Commander and of course we only went to the best dealership around- Flemington Infiniti!! We were looking for a smaller mid sized car for him to use for work since he drives far for work. The jeep although wonderful is not what you want for travel purposes. Howard and George went at it again to keep searching for a car that my husband would want and one that would work in our budget. They would call us daily and when i would go in for something with my car they would have cars ready to be test driven for my husband. That is hardworking. George even gave up his desk chair so our daughter could color on his calendar. David was wonderful to work with in Finance he makes it just simple and easy. He even set us up with a wonderful financing option that we were really trying to get done! Well just two weeks ago they nailed it! My husband got his beautiful used infiniti and traded in his jeep for a great deal! We are so thankful and get excited to take family trips to the dealership because we know that its just like going to a friends house.- A great time! (although sadly we missed Byron(owner) the one day-yup he actually was stopping in to say hi to us...quality!) In additon- they are so wonderful at being on top of things and setting you up for your first oil change and services that are needed. They make sure that the car is in the perfect condition when given to you and if not they will set up appointments and make sure everything is immaculate and taken care of to meet better than your own personal expectations. The people here understand that building a relationship is what is required not just a one time sale and move on. You want to keep customers for life and they do just that! To the owners- kudos-a job well done- you understand how to create an atmosphere of customers for life. To the employees- you are superb- you understand how to be the best that you can be! It is working -We look forward to enjoying our stop ins :) To the people reading this review- you hit the jackpot if you buy a car from these people! Don't take great people for granted- even when great service is expected. They have both in Flemington!! ps....and they send really good cookies too after you purchase a car....what!!! AWESOME. From the moment we walked in and met Allen, to the signing of the paperwork with Dave we had a wonderful experience. They were fair on the value for our trade in and worked with us to get us into a car we love at a price we can afford. Ultimately, I decided to lease my car elsewhere, but only because the Flemington dealership is quite a distance from where I live and I needed something more local.
