My boyfriend brought my son, to the dealership the first time as I was obligated with another commitment. My son was very pleased with the level of service he received while shopping for a car. A few days later I returned to the dealership with my son to make the purchase of a 2011 Buick Regal. George Chalikis could not have been better. He took the time to explain many features of the car to my son. The signing of all the paperwork (my son was financing the car) was a very simple task. Everything was ready and waiting. We were in and out of the dealership within an hour with my son's new car. He is thrilled and I am very happy he had a great first experience in buying a car. It should be noted that Flemington Infiniti is almost 50 miles from where we live. It was worth the trip!! More

Great Car, Great Dealer, Great Experience! I recently leased my 4th Infiniti and my dealer decision was easy and justified, again. After 9.5 years of G37s, I am now the proud lessee of a Q50, I recently leased my 4th Infiniti and my dealer decision was easy and justified, again. After 9.5 years of G37s, I am now the proud lessee of a Q50, presented to me by the excellent sales team at Flemington Infiniti. This lease began with the return of my last car and meeting my new client advisor Alex Mayer. Alex proved to be exactly what I needed – knowledgeable and stress-free. He knew when to call to confirm my continued interest, he knew that the best approach was to understand my concerns and not his, and he knew when to back off because he sensed I needed more time, for whatever the reason. Alex’s presentation skills were perfect, too. Again, excellent authority on the features, yet he maintained a level of excitement that made it seem like we were both exploring the car for the first time. When I did make my decision, it felt great to call Alex and let him know… kind of like calling a friend. A few examples of Alex going that little bit extra: - When I picked up the car, he reviewed the manuals with me. Nothing big until I realized he had identified 6-8 features he thought I would like to reference quickly by personally attaching handwritten sticky notes attached to those specific pages. - When he delivered the car to me, he noted a scratch on a small replaceable part of the exterior. I may not have noticed it until a later time, which could have caused one of those awkward finger-pointing moments. Not this time. He picked the car up a few days later, and returned it repaired and new. - A trade-in - no problem! Alex organized his team and they visited my house the next day and made a very fair offer. It’s important to note that the above comments would be similar when describing many members of the Flemington Infiniti team. It has been my pleasure to know Steve Kiley and David Younan for most or all of these past 10 years. When I visit for service, or to discuss a new lease, I’m greeted like a member of the Infiniti family and treated with a great deal of respect.
