The amenities of a beautiful new loaner car, comfortable seating room and complimentary snacks could not justify $1750 for a new radiator, when I had the work done elsewhere for $750. That's a huge difference. I will continue to use Perry for routine service and advice but not major work. More

Every problem that arises is "normal" when I take my car in Purchased the carbon December from Perry. Sales manager lied about fixing certain issues to make me purchase it. Heated driver seat barley gets warm they told me its normal. Then after 4 months I took it in for an oil change and I have noticed the heated seat feature still doesn't work properly bit now the fan is making a loud whirling noise that wasn't present before I'm told that it's still normal. Eventually a bigger issue will arise and they will tell me its normal. I only took it to Perry because it was CPO and my oil change was free. Moving forward my local Nissan dealer will have my business . That's if I keep the car. More

Even more amazing was that on Fathers Day, the new vehicle was delivered to our home and the prior vehicle was picked up- paperwork took 5 minutes! The porter that delivered the vehicle gave us a tutorial and made it a breeze to understand its features. The ONLY problem is- we ended up with a vehicle that has no tow package and we specifically told Brian we needed to tow our 22 foot Airstream- that feature is really important to us and a HUGE deciding factor in trading in our amazing coupe for an SUV. Brian is working on a solution and we are excited to resolve this issue quickly so we can get on the road with our Airstream in tow! Easiest, most convenient and best no-strings experience leasing a car we’ve ever had! More
