Ac vent melted and when car starts it shakes Ac vent melted needed to be replaced and also the car shakes when sitting at light.. Evan was the service guy who turned out to be very rude on the phone when I called for a eta of my car that had been in Tuesday evening and was told by Evan my car would be first Wednesday morning.. well I never heard from him so I visited the service department after work Wednesday. He turned asked me what am I doin here and he didn’t call me. So I left no call from him on Thursday either no eta.. so I called Friday nothin was done on my car yet. They had not even fixed the vent that they had ordered and got in on Tuesday. I then told Evan I need my car today at first my name was Ms Rocke then he began to get rude calling me ma’am ma’am.. He needs training on his customer service skills and the way he needs to talk to customers. He was very rude.. I did file a report to infiniti Corp complaints because it was unacceptable and his manager Dan knows also. More

Fair and honest service department. Finally a fair and honest service dealership. I went in for repairs for my JX35 and I got a very fair estimate. Lairs,poor customer service only interested making a sale. The entire management are lairs,and take advantage of people and the elderly. Good However Arrived at dealer. Who I waa suppose to talk with was a no show. Internet Ishmael said to talk with Sergio. Not there. Jonny took care of us fine. Fin Arrived at dealer. Probably took 2 hours longer to make a cash buy than was needed. A bit of a problem for me with my disability (myasthenia Gravis). End result was OK. Perhaps something more could have been offered due to the inconvenience. Just saying. More

my buying experience was very happy with the guys who were moving the cars in the parking lot. they assured me the car will be cleaned. Am very happy with the way Jose helped me out. he was not my salesperson but Jose was very polite, took me for 2 test drives, was patient under the hot sun, waited late for me to pick up the car and was very respectful and helpful to me and my wife. Jose did all the work and convinced me to get the jx35 i saw my salesperson jonny just briefly. I had an appointment to buy the car Monday, he didn't call and was no show I even texted him on his personal phone while I was at the dealership ready to buy but I have not heard from him ever. After the sales, Jose is still assisting me with purchasing all weather carpet. my experience with the guy who was negotiating the price on September 2nd was terrible. I almost walked away without buying. Didn't trust him. he is the finance manager, I believe. Brian I believe is the guy who does the contract. he saved money by telling me to finance through the dealership though I had my own financing. He was terrific, trustworthy and very friendly and respectful . More
