Fluid check Evan was GREaT! I had my oil changed elsewhere and they suggested I get my underhood fluids checked as one was running low. I called Infiniti about it Evan was GREaT! I had my oil changed elsewhere and they suggested I get my underhood fluids checked as one was running low. I called Infiniti about it and spoke to Evan, who thoroughly explained what could be the issue and scheduled an appointment to check. Turns out everything was fine and I didn’t need to change anything and they just topped my fluid off. No charge. Was definitely very happy with his customer service and the thourough explanations! Being a woman sometimes it makes it hard to get these simple things done and maintanenced because certain places will suggest things that don’t need to be done and charge you money for it. Not with Evan at this Infiniti. Very very happy! Thank you!! More
