Surpassed my expectations Brought my car in after an intermittent squeak noise for what I had suspected to be the belt and had previously taken it to another Infiniti dealersh Brought my car in after an intermittent squeak noise for what I had suspected to be the belt and had previously taken it to another Infiniti dealership TWICE and was told there was nothing wrong with the car so here I go to Perry Infiniti after being recommended by a friend. My car was not squeaking at the time of my appointment and was fearing that once again they wouldn’t find anything wrong but after speaking with my service advisor, Dan, he offered me to go on a test drive with a technician to confirm my complaint and lo and behold, 2 minutes before my drive was over, the belt started squeaking and confirmed my issue. I thought it would take days to get my car back but I received a call to come pick up my car less than 3 hours after checking in and is still running like brand new. I will most definitely be back here for all my future service needs and can’t say enough praises about Dan and the staff because they’re all about providing the best and most efficient service More
