I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant and was in urgent need of a new car because someone hit my previous car, totaling it. I was so stressed out going into this, but this was by far the best car buying experience I have EVER had thanks to my Sales Rep, Charlesetta Peoples (Mrs. Charlie). She was amazing! She was kind, patient and explained everything to me and my husband. She answered any questions we had and wasn't bothered by any requests to see, or hear, about any additional cars than the one we originally went to go see. We took our (very shy) 9 year old daughter with us and she even had her chatting up a storm. When we left the dealership, in our new car, my daughter turned and said "I really really like her mom!" She is the reason we made the final decision to purchase from Infiniti of Elk Grove and I would highly recommend going there to work with her! Mo Mossa helped us with the financial piece, and he was also amazing! He was kind, patient and explained all of the financial aspects of the purchase to us without skipping a beat.
