I could not be more pleased with my experience so far with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. My first contact was Lisa Krop and she went above and beyond the normal customer service you would receive at most with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. My first contact was Lisa Krop and she went above and beyond the normal customer service you would receive at most dealerships to handle all my initial concerns. She got me into a beautiful Mercedes-Benz and made the process very enjoyable. Jeremy Rendon finished the final details and explained all the financials and transportation logistics of getting my new car from Illinois to Maryland. My car arrived quickly and it was just as I expected from the pictures I had viewed. Very pleased from start to finish ! More

Great people to work with. I was able to sell them my Q50S straight up with no issues. I no longer need 3 cars at home and Rishi was able to work everything out in less than a hour and even gave me a rid Q50S straight up with no issues.
