It's probably not that often that a positive car dealership reviewer has never been to the dealership, met the employees in person, finalized a deal. We all know it's far more likely that negativ dealership reviewer has never been to the dealership, met the employees in person, finalized a deal. We all know it's far more likely that negative experiences create these situations. NOT THIS TIME! Since the advent of the internet, car buying, selling, and leasing bears no resemblance to the process I grew up with. Use any of the auto sites and it's likely you'll hear from dealerships outside of your general location. That's how I heard from Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. Specifically, that's how I heard from Bailey and Jeremy at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. I was interested in selling my leased vehicle and purchasing a used vehicle. Clarendon Hills gave a good offer for my car, and Jeremy and Bailey worked to find me a used car on their lot which included the features I required within my budget. For various reasons, I never got out to Clarendon Hills. I never saw the cars they suggested for me except online, but they were good choices that took my requirements into consideration. Bailey and Jeremy had every right to be upset with me for taking their time and not acting on it--more than once--but they treated me with every kindness, courtesy, and patience unexpected in their industry. For this reason, I am taking my time to tell you about them and the place they work. I hope when you need a new or used car you'll consider Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. Ask for Jeremy or Bailey. I hope by the time I need another car, they will still be working there. It's my experience that Bailey and Jeremy are nothing like the stereotypical "Used Car Salesman!" That said, I'm guessing that this dealership hires professionals of their caliber and you likely can't go wrong with any of them. So next time, I'll start with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills.
