I came in for a maintenance visit as my change oil filter light was on. I came in after work -- just before closing time --and was treated as if I was the only customer they had all day. Friendly, efficient and helpful -- I'm sorry I can't remember the gentleman's name. He even helped install the items I purchased. Again, something that had never happened at a Toyota, Volvo, etc dealership in the past. Infiniti is a quality product supported by quality service -- the service dept. is the reason I have purchased more than one Infiniti. More
