Within the first month he called to see how I "liked the Durango and told me to call him in the future if I had any questions or problems. About two weeks later, I had a small problem with the window tinting and called Eric. He got back to me within a day after he researched my question and helped me find a solution. Overall I'm delighted with my experience, especially with Eric's performance, and when I'm ready to purchase another car I will certainly make Infinity of Clarendon Hills and Eric my first stop. He also kept me updated via emails and text messages and within a couple of days I was able to pick up my car. Bill was so friendly and he isn't like the typical used car sales guy.
