Everyone was nice and helpful from the girl on the phone when I made my appointment to when I actually brought the car in. The only problem I had was the timing of the work being done. Brought my car in for recall and oil change. The recall for gas gauge was not fix until I brought it back. Float was stuck. Was ciorrected and everything was OK. We saw an SUV advertised online and called to see if it was still available. Steve went out of his way to send me additional pictures and give me a run down of the vehicle before making a special trip out was still available. When entering the building my breath was immediately taken away by the beautiful decor and friendly staff that was willing to help. This was a huge suprise as I had already predetermined to have my guard up to battle off pushy sales people that would work on their agenda instead of mine. Even though I went in with many negative thoughts this dealership completely changed my mood about car shopping! They were absolutely fantastic to work with and should train others how to make a deal. By listening to the customer and treating them with the highest level of kindness and cutting out the back and forth from finance to managers warranties "...for a little bit more you could have what you really love" etc They cut out all the garbage and got us in and out with the car we came in to look at!
