There was no haggling on cost or payment, and i found the entire team to be flexible and compromising. Hats off to my salesman, Jeff Walker and Joe Fruzyna!! Also, Assad did a great job of delivery my vehicle to me and walking me through all of its functions.... -Vince Joseph More

My experience from start to finish with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills was exceptional. I walked in the door to buy a used car, but the way I was treated you would think I was purchasing their top of the line vehicle off the showroom floor. I was treated courteously from the girls at the reception desk, to the salesman on the floor, to the parts manager in the service department. Peter Korallus, the owner, even took the time to come out and show my son a few hockey tips. Time he did not have to spend as I had already purchased the car. I will without a doubt buy my next car from this dealer. This was on the heals of being treated very poorly by a dealer across the street who apparently have a distinctly different philosophy on selling cars. I will never buy a vehicle from any McGrath dealership. When I had a minor problem with the car a few weeks later, Infiniti took steps to get the problem corrected immediately and once again acted like the first class dealership that they are. Even the gentleman vacuuming the carpets in the service area went out of his way to smile and open the door for me as I walked through. More

I stopped by for an oil change without an appointment. While my car was being serviced, I got a courtesy drop off to a nearby market, and they picked me up when I was finished shopping. My car was ready, complete with vacuumed mats and washed exterior. The paper work was quick and pricing for this service was fair. I was very happy with the friendly and efficient service department. When I first entered into the dealership, I was greeted by the receptionist who then introduced me to Jeff Walker. My first interaction was with Jeff was extremely positive. He asked the right questions by the receptionist who then introduced me to Jeff Walker. My first interaction was with Jeff was extremely positive. He asked the right questions and got me to look at the right car that met my needs. It was the M. I then test drove it. After that, Jeff was extremely supportive of my decision making process, he built further credibility of the Infiniti value and brand. The pricing negotiation was fair and balanced. The final purchase process with Jacob and delivery with Assad was flawless. Overall, I give the dealer experience an A+. More
I walked in the dealership on New Years Day (2013) to speak with a sales consultant that I worked with previously and was told that he was with another customer. Bill Mullarkey approached me and asked i speak with a sales consultant that I worked with previously and was told that he was with another customer. Bill Mullarkey approached me and asked if I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I told him that I was interested in purchasing a JX35 and I was very specific about the color, features, and options for the vehicle. I also informed him that I was already pre-approved for a great rate (0.47%), and that I was putting down $15-$18k cash at the time of the sale with no trade in. He informed me that there was one vehicle available in the Chicago land area and after speaking with the sales manager, he came back and stated that he could do a trade and get the vehicle for the price that I requested and that since this particular dealership was the largest in the area, he would be able get the vehicle by the next day. He provided his business card and personal email and asked me to follow up with him the next day. I sent an email to both email addresses the next day around 10am on 1/2/13 with the specifics of the vehicle and informed him that it was my last day off from work and that I would be visiting several dealerships that day and to please get back to me as soon as he could about the vehicle. He responded within an hour stating that he would come in earlier and asked me to allow him to be the "best advocate for me so that I do not have to run around all day...let me do the work for you". I contacted a few places and patiently waited 3 hours to hear back from him....no reply. I sent another message around 2pm, stating that I was still sitting at home waiting to hear from him and that I would be leaving out to look at a few cars. I asked that he contact me back before 6pm that evening. He responded about thirty minutes later and stated "I told Steve to get the car. I will call him right now". I waited another three to four hours to hear from him and sent another message asking why he never bothered to follow up with me. He replied back around 6pm stating "Oh I'm sorry, all of the dealers that we contacted didn't respond to us about the car” He then asked if I was committed to Infiniti for my car purchase. I replied and stated that my commitment was in purchasing a new car from this dealership or another one. I also stated that if he knew that, why he didn’t bother to contact me and let me know that he wasn't able to get the car. Also if he was aware of this information, why did he ask "Steve" to get the car if there was no car available??? Why not simply call me or shoot an email letting me know what was going on behind the scenes instead of making me wait and follow up with him through out the day. I feel insulted and I really don't think that he took me seriously about purchasing a car; therefore he didn't follow up with me. I don't know if I would do business with this dealership. It was really a waste of my time, especially on my last day off from work. Signed Very disgusted “potential” customer More
