Before any discussion occurred, Bill got my wife and me in the car and said have a nice test drive. After we discussed the necessary topics he arranged me to meet with their Finance Department and the rest of the deal was closed within a couple of hours. The other area I was very appreciative of was how Bill treated my wife as an equal part of the decision process even though the car was intended for me.
