Jeff was great. He worked with our requests and got the job done quickly which we appreciated greatly. When I went in yesterday, Jeff and Jacob Lubinsk (finance) made everything go very smoothly and I was out of there with my new car in less than 2 hours. Previous experiences have taken much longer.
