This review is a little late in responding too. I bought my Infiniti from Bermans Infiniti and live in western burbs so since I bought it new Bermans service was a distance but worth it and the dri I bought my Infiniti from Bermans Infiniti and live in western burbs so since I bought it new Bermans service was a distance but worth it and the drive when buying from Bermans wish they were closer. I have been getting all my service work done here in Clarendon Hills more convenient. The Dunlop tires the SUV came with where absolutely garbage tires. I called the dealer and had the car in for service and then had them check the tires and they were already needing to be replaced at 30k don't buy a car with Dunlop tires that's another review! But they told me that it was Dunlop's problem.to call Dunlop which I did. And they said to talk to the dealer. Which? I already did so to make this review a little shorter I got the run around from both the manufacturer and the dealer. So, I started shopping around the usual places. The dealer said give us a shot and I did very competitive price. So, I bought new ones from them they were not Dunlop's. Installed and out the door which was very nice but when I brought the vehicle in for service, I wanted the tires rotated and when I saw the invoice. Later I did notice $60-dollar charge for the rotation and called to question it I was told that that is not included with the purchase price almost everyone you buy from rotates for free so when buying new tires from anywhere just not the dealers do your homework and ask all the questions before buying and do not assume that its included...A heads up on tire shopping. More

Really the first time I ever tried to look at a car out of state and it was a really good experience. Website was fairly easy to navigate and John the sales rep was excellent, always following up with in of state and it was a really good experience. He was very good to provide the necessary information about the car we were looking at. Unfortunately, the lexus we were looking at had high miles and the hybrid part of the warranty would expire in about 7k miles so we decided to look for another lexus in the 2020 year range which would have given us substantial hybrid warranty. We have since made a purchase of a vehicle, sadly, not from your dealership. I mentioned to John in one of my emails that I really felt comfortable in dealing with him and was sad that we were not able to buy from him next, maybe next time. Thank you. More

I found a truck for my son online that I liked so I drove down an hour and a half to purchase it. Unfortunately someone else came through just minutes prior and did an all cash purchase.
