We were looking for a new QX60 and originally contacted this dealership and received information via email regarding various lease and purchase options. In the meantime, a friend referred us to Infiniti of Naperville and we decided to go there and ultimately purchased our vehicle from them. We told this dealership (infiniti of Clarendon Hills) that we decided to go a different direction and they somehow found out that we purchased our vehicle elsewhere and sent us rude emails insinuating that we used their quote as leverage and that we misrepresented information, which we certainly did not. They continued to email and call us about our purchase from another Infiniti dealership. I understand that car sales is competitive, however, professionalism is always paramount. More
