I've been in the market for a new vehicle for a while, gone to several dealerships and test driven a few cars but nothing spoke to me. My daughter convinced me to go to the Clarendon Hills Infiniti dealership to "simply look". However... while visiting the show room, I commented "this car (QX50) makes me happy". And from that causal encounter, Steven and I engaged in conversation that made ownership of the vehicle a reality. I found Steven to be extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very hands on and patient. Most importantly he welcomes questions, addresses concerns and has proven to be consistent with follow-up care after the purchase and beyond. My experience with Steven was awesome; so much so, that I've recommended this dealership and Steven to several neighbors who've expressed interest in purchasing a new vehicle. I'd also like to add, from the moment I entered the dealership and with each subsequent visit, in addition to Steven, the staff has been extremely nice, courteous and helpful. More
