Awesome experience! I’ll start by saying that my husband & I drove 7 hours to buy this car from Nina! Sounds crazy but when we found the car it was too perfect to pass up I’ll start by saying that my husband & I drove 7 hours to buy this car from Nina! Sounds crazy but when we found the car it was too perfect to pass up. Nina was incredibly helpful, she helped us prepare for everything in the couple days before we made the trip. She was so nice when we finally met her and made sure we were comfortable during our short wait to see Garrett. Garrett was equally as nice as Nina. He did his job very efficiently, he tried his best to work out the documents for us being that we were from out of state, we never felt rushed by either of them during our time there. The drive was totally worth it, the car is exactly what we wanted. Nina and Garrett were awesome, we had a great time with them. Thanks again Nina! You’re the best. More

Everything about the experience was positive, from our first telephone contact to picking up our Certified PreOwned QX80. Wonderful experience, they helped, they listened, they treated us like we were somebody, we would recommend them to anyone. Nina took care of everything!! We didn’t need to test drive, inspect the vehicle, spend hours at the dealership, frustrate ourselves negotiating a fair price, or any of the other things you would expect when purchasing a vehicle. We flew from Orlando to Chicago and was picked up at the airport by Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. Thirty minutes from the airport to the dealership and less than an hour later we were in our QX80 heading back to Florida. We have purchased many vehicles in our lifetime but this was the first one that we ever purchased sight unseen. Will do it the save way next time with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills and Nina Gacek. Fanatic experience with the service department I purchased my used vehicle there a few years back, it's not even an Infiniti but I continue to bring it in for service because of their proven track I purchased my used vehicle there a few years back, it's not even an Infiniti but I continue to bring it in for service because of their proven track record of honesty and quality repairs. My last visit was no exception. My vehicle was quickly diagnosed, the necessary repairs were explained to me thoroughly as I'm not particularly mechanically inclined, and options were given as to how to proceed from that point. I never felt pressured, or overly concerned with indecipherable shop talk, and once the repairs were complete the car drove without any issues. Will be going back there whenever needed. More

The staff as a whole was very friendly, but our salesman, Rishi Nath, was excellent and definitely was a HUGE part of the reason we had such a great experience! From the get-go he was extremely friendly, helpful, and well-mannered, but never awkward or pushy from start to finish (including the negotiation process!). He was very prompt in his communication back and forth and quickly took care of any questions we had. All in all, a positive and enjoyable experience, and we are really enjoying our new-to-us vehicle! More
