RISHI IS THE MAN TO SEE!!!! Rishi was absolutely amazing. Even after I bought my car i texted him with questions he answered them right away. Than even went out of his way to text me later that evening just to make sure I had everything I needed. During my buying experience Rishi went far out of his way to make sure I got my dream car. I was driving over 2 hours away and asked Rishi to send me pictures and videos of the car. Which he did on a busy Saturday when he really should have told me to get bent and I'd have to wait until Monday. Rishi should be moved up into management as his customer service goes above and beyond. He truly cares about his clients and in the next couple of years I'll be ready to buy again and I'll drive another two hours just to work with him. Keep up the great work! I love my new G37x coupe. Everyone who we were in contact with was wonderful. When I arrived to put down a deposit a few days before we were scheduled to complete the purchase, they couldn't locate the car immediately, so Bill offered to bring it to my work the next day so that I could see it in person. On the purchase date, we were able to submit all credit info online ahead of time, so that upon arrival, there was little downtime. We were in and out relatively quickly, and we were very pleased with the overall experience. Bill went above and beyond - when I arrived, my car had a bow on it, a personalized note, and an actual red carpet by it - this made everything even more special, and I appreciated the personalized touches. Bill, along with the management team, worked hard, and quickly, to get us to the price we wanted to be at. I appreciate the fact that they didn't waste our time and were honest and up-front about everything. I would 100% recommend Bill and Paul and Infiniti CH to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle.
