Great Service and Experience A few weeks ago my wife and I were in the market for a used car. We've owned a couple Infinitis in the past and have always loved them. They've been extremely reliable, a great value, low maintenance cost, and very safe, especially in the snow. With our past experience and love for the brand, we knew we were going to get another Infiniti, and after doing some research, decided we'd be purchasing a used Q50. It was in the price range we needed to be in, and it offered us all of the features we were looking for. After looking at Autotrader, Infiniti of Clarendon Hills had the best selection of certified cars, and were priced competitively, so we decided to go there first. We're glad we did because there was no reason to go anywhere else. Our Sales Consultant was Greg Bolte, who we really enjoyed working with. He was very approachable and friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel very relaxed, without feeling pressured. Even though there was only a couple hours left before the store closed, Greg took the time to show us, and let us test drive as many vehicles as we wanted. He walked us through the benefits of owning a certified car (which I highly recommend), and also offered us an affordable extended warranty which we also chose to get. Greg was very honest and as we were walking around the car, he noticed a couple scratches on the bumper and hood, and said that he would take care of them at no additional cost to us. My wife and I didn't even notice them ourselves, so it was really nice that Greg had such high integrity and wanted to provide us that added exceptional service. He went out of his way to fix something that we didn't even see. I dropped the car off yesterday to get the scratches taken care of by their body shop, and Greg offered us a free loaner as well. I'm excited to see the results from the body shop and I'm confident they will do an exceptional job. Thank you Greg for a wonderful experience! So we decided to take a drive out to Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted with a polite hello by a salesman named Greg Bolte. He was very polite, professional and attentive during our entire shopping experience. Greg took us on a no pressure test drive in the SUV we were interested in. He told us about the different features in the SUV. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products he sold. This dealership has aggressive pricing and knowledgeable salespeople. When we are looking for another vehicle we will definitely stop by Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. More
