I recently bought a QX50 as well as had my QX55 serviced for a punctured tire. The service department got me in ASAP and even did some routine maintenance (oil/tire rotation) while they had it up. I really appreciate the very fast, very courteous and expert service. I've bought 4 cars from this Infiniti dealership. Top notch people in all areas. I am bad with names and can't remember each person I interacted with. The Service guys on the QX55 were excellent. The Sales guys on the QX50 were also excellent. My next car purchase will be another Infiniti from this dealership. More
We had an outstanding experience at Infiniti of Cincinnati. They were the only dealership we visited that truly seemed interested in our business and treated us with a high level of professionalis Cincinnati. James Tatum is an outstanding sales professional. He was the first salesperson to call us and wanted to actually earn our business. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and energetic from the very start. We were going to buy a Lexus and were just thinking about Infiniti as a second choice. James made us change our mind and was heavily invested in the sale as well as making sure we had what we requested. Darrin Penrod did an excellent job of supporting the sale and discussing the financial arrangements. Darrin did something no other dealership did, which was followup during the sale and actually evaluate the numbers after we visited. No other dealership followed through on what they said there going to do after we left, except Darrin. Darrin was also very professional and friendly, always greeting us ever time we came to the dealership making us feel welcome and appreciated. Darrin also followed up with a nice phone call after the sale reminding us they are there for us whenever we need them. Both Darrin and James were unique in that they never made us feel like we were buying the lowest cost vehicle they sell. In fact, the opposite was true. They must us feel like we were purchasing their most expensive vehicle. This was exactly the opposite of the experience we had at other dealerships. Finally, on the day we picked up the car, the other staff were just as great. Derek Ogletree, Ryan Thompson, and Javion Cook all assisted and were extremely professional and helpful. We have purchased several vehicles throughout our life and visited numerous dealerships. None have been better than Infiniti of Cincinnati. We would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them, look forward to having our vehicle serviced there, and would recommend them to anyone. More
They fit me into the schedule bc I had waited months for a replacement key. It was a super busy day in the service area and they were still very gracious to me.
