I asked that the service department ENSURE that the lugnuts were FULLY intact before I drove away from the lot. I am sure that my insistence on having the lugnuts checked/rechecked will eventually wax old with the employees at this dealership, but I take my and my family's safety seriously and will continue on this path. The young man who checked me in and was my POC for the entire appointment was EXTREMELY patient, kind, and accommodating. I appreciate his candor during our encounter. I only wish that I could remember his name. He is the ONLY one with whom I had contact, other than the cashier and I don't believe either of their names is listed below.
