I saw one that really caught my eye online that was at Infiniti of Birmingham. I inquired as to the availability and Josette replied back within 30 minutes that it was available. She then followed up and we set a time for me to come in and see the vehicle. When I arrived Josette had already pulled the QX80 around for us to see. she walked around the vehicle and gave very important features, including safety features, which were important after having a close call a few weeks earlier. Josette also accompanied us on a test drive. This was important because she was able to answer questions about the vehicle but did not feel it necessary to talk the whole time and oversell it. After we made our decision to buy, Josette made the process very seamless and professional. More
