Did not intend to buy an Infiniti I first met Karen Lloyd at the Birmingham Auto Show. At the time, I had decided to purchase a new vehicle within the next 30 days but had not conside I first met Karen Lloyd at the Birmingham Auto Show. After talking with Karen, I agreed to stop by the dealership and test drive the QX50 and liked it. Karen patiently answered all my questions and alleviated the concerns I expressed. In the end, with Karen's help, we got a good deal and drove away with our first INFINITI. I can honestly say that without Karen, I would be driving another luxury brand. More

My new 2019 QX50 I went in for an oil change on my 2017 QX50. Instead of an oil change, I went home with my new 2019 QX50, my Suzy Q as I call her. I don’t know how everything works yet; but, I already LOVE it. It gives me the room I need without being too large, auto lift cargo door and the ride is so smooth!!
