An oil change turned into a brand new car! I brought my Infiniti into the dealership service department for a scheduled maintenance & oil change & as the wait was going to take a while I decide I brought my Infiniti into the dealership service department for a scheduled maintenance & oil change & as the wait was going to take a while I decided to just take a look at the showroom floor. As I was looking at the vehicle color options available Karen Lloyd approached me offering assistance. I explained I was just in for servicing but she continued to answer my questions concerning the new models, leading me outside to see the options in action & during the course of a couple of hours my husband & I determined we were so impressed with the newer models that we bought one.
