They have had our car in service for repairs for 4 weeks. Promised to have ready 2-3 days. After two weeks we called and have had several different stories. We have had several people promise to call and never do. We called Joel who began by making the excuse of how busy they are. When I asked to not make excuses before finding out, he said he was ending the conversation and would find out and call back and hung up! He hung up on a customer that is without a car and answers for four weeks. If this is how he leads no wonder the other employees lack integrity in keeping their word or telling the truth about the issue. More

I have been recently very disappointed with Infiniti of Birmingham. This spring I purchased my 3rd Infiniti QX80 and this one was a new, 2022 model. I was sold the nicest model they had in stock. The pre Birmingham. This spring I purchased my 3rd Infiniti QX80 and this one was a new, 2022 model. I was sold the nicest model they had in stock. The premium select with the sensory package. The car had issues almost immediately. A few months after it was purchased, the entire entertainment system went out. Unfortunately this also shut down all of the “safety features” that were crucial in our selection. (No backup camera, no alert signals when someone passing, etc). Additionally, In early September the rear back seats became stuck in one position. The seats were stuck in a manner that would not allow anyone to ride in the back row and sit in a normal position. Nor could they be folded down to allow for storage. Therefore, the entire back row was useless. The radio, videos, safety signals all were out. I took the car in twice to try and get Infiniti to correct these issues. They kept the car the last time and it has now been almost a month that I have been without my “new” vehicle. They offered to “buy” it back and give me another car, but their offer would have had me driving away losing another $16,000. I have contacted Infiniti consumer affairs. I was told it would be resolved in 7 days and it has now been over 2 weeks Since the complaint was filed. Writing a review is not something I wanted to do, but at this point I feel like others need to know their policies and positions when they sell you a car. I am embarrassed to disclose what I paid for this new car. Please ask them their policy on these issues and get it in writing… before you buy. More
