First it was a transfer case, then we still don’t know what is wrong and we need you to give us 15.00 for gas so he can drive it more (hadn’t called to ask for the gas money), then, we are short staff and have a lot of customers…… all from service dept. Then Joel said it was the insurance process dragging. Our issue was that we had to call every time and we didn’t call the first time until they had it nine days. Then we called every time after that because after being promised a call in the next few minutes or hours they did not. And we were told a different story by every person we talked to. Communication and integrity….. telling the truth and keeping your word, that is what we were expecting and asking for every time we called. The wait would have been easier if we had communication and transparency. We came to you because we have bought or leased four cars from your dealership over the last 15 years. We just expected quality customer service and experience from Infiniti. Once we contacted Joel (the general manager), the car was fixed and returned within 3 days. So he did keep his word on that and it is appreciated. I feel like we should not have had to get him involved if service dept. had communicated, followed up and been transparent. Car enter serviced department Nov. 8 at 9:53 am and was completed Dec. 7th. Picked up Dec. 8th.

We’re sorry for the problems you’ve experienced with your QX80. Due to supply chain issues that all manufacturers are dealing with the part needed to repair the rear seat is on backorder. Our parts team have requested expedited shipping in an effort to get the part as quickly as possible. Any potential buyback scenarios, including pricing, are handled by The INFINITI Consumer Affairs team with little Dealer involvement. We understand your frustrations and are doing our best to get your vehicle fixed.
