On November 17, 2023 I went to the Infiniti dealership, as I was looking to upgrade my older vehicle. I worked with Pedro Moore. Buying a car can be tedious, however, Pedro and the rest of the team made th as I was looking to upgrade my older vehicle. I worked with Pedro Moore. Buying a car can be tedious, however, Pedro and the rest of the team made the process enjoyable. Pedro was a delight to work with, as he took his time with me and made sure that all of my questions were answered thoroughly. The experience was superb, from the moment I walked in, through the trade in, test drive and financing, to the moment I left in my beautiful new vehicle. Highly recommend! More

We visited multiple car dealerships last week. We were shocked by the lack of sales professionalism we encountered in some of the stores. That was not the case at Infiniti of Birmingham. Pedro We were shocked by the lack of sales professionalism we encountered in some of the stores. That was not the case at Infiniti of Birmingham. Pedro met us in the lot with a firm handshake and a smile. He was patient and helpful. Mark, the General Manager also came out on the lot and made us feel welcome. We had co tact with both these good men as we navigated the purchase process. We feel we weee treated with fairness and appreciation and we really like our new car.
