Excellent Experience I went in for a routine service on my Q50 which I had been leasing and walked out financing the car. I was exploring my options which included gettin I went in for a routine service on my Q50 which I had been leasing and walked out financing the car. I was exploring my options which included getting a new vehicle. I appreciate the fact that the sales reps where honest and suggested I finance the car instead of purchasing a newer one, given the fact that the car was in excellent condition and leasing a new car would cost me higher payments. Although my payments to finance are higher, they were able to add extra incentives which makes it beneficial to me. I leased the car at Kings Infiniti in Brooklyn but was displeased with their service and decided to try Infiniti of Bayside. I'm more then happy with this decision. My 6 and 7 year olds love the popcorn machine so that's an added benefit. More

A downright excellent experience. Working with Ibrahim was a refreshing experience. Unfortunately, people have created a phobia of car salesmen across the board, however in my opinion Working with Ibrahim was a refreshing experience. GREAT experience, abad GREAT Car ! I stopped by to find out more about the QX50. I was greeted by Leo Ye who was friendly. He didn't attack me when I walked through the door like many I stopped by to find out more about the QX50. I was greeted by Leo Ye who was friendly. He didn't attack me when I walked through the door like many car salesmen. He listened to what I wanted, and was happy to answer my questions. He then brought me outside to show me the QX50 and offered a test drive. (It was dark, close to closing and almost zero degrees). I was impressed, both by his sales technique and the QX50. Called the next day to see if I could stop in again and get some more info, after being turned down by another car dealership I was considering. He said "yes" with no hesitation. After test driving again and getting some numbers about leasing, I put a down payment on the car. They worked to make it within my price range. The next evening I leased my car. With the help of Abhi Malhortra in financing, all the details were worked out, including a few extras. He was polite, helpful, personable and very knowledgeable in his field. He explained every detail, all questions were answered and we were treated with total respect. I recommend Bayside Infiniti to anyone who is considering an Infiniti (I also highly recommend the vehicle). I have no concerns that when service appointments are made, I will be treated with the same respect and consideration. More

Genuine experience with genuine people I was driving a g37 and my miles were starting to rack up real fast. I called multiple dealers that all told me the same bologna, that i need to come in and they need to run my credit first until I reached Bayside Infiniti. I spoke to Chelsea Moscato who is the Internet sales manager and although she might not know it, she really was the person who convinced me that this was going to be where I want to buy my new car. I had spoken to other dealers that kept harassing me telling me that nobody would take my car. The one thing that separated Bayside from everywhere else was the honesty. Chelsea told me Im not sure what we can do with your car, but I can assure you that we will try our best to make sure you get everything that fits your needs. The next day I took a trip with my girlfriend to Bayside from Staten Island and met Chelsea who sat us with Jose. He was knowledgeable and made the whole experience a pleasure. He was not pushy at all. We also met John, the General Manager and shared a few laughs. After all was said and done I signed the papers for my new Q50, and I have to say I am so glad I did business with Bayside. The best part is, I can call them anytime and they actually answer the phone! Other places are still calling me asking me to trade in the g! The staff is very nice, from the receptionist to the sales floor. I will make sure my next infiniti and all my friends next cars are bought from here. Thanks again to Jose John and Chelsea! More
