Great Experience! My husband and I recently purchased a new 2015 Qx60: Amazing Vehicle! We were told to expect an email asking for review of our experience, never got one, so I felt strongly in my heart to actively share one! Our salesman was Joe Cerniglia--Very Awesome guy! Very friendly & truly put thought process into our comfort level throughout the whole buying process. He even went out of his way to get us some snacks from the store while we were finalizing the purchase/awaiting the car to be detailed. Joe was very knowledgeable and is a no-nonsense, no added pressure type guy, which is very appreciated. He is very easy to deal with and to negotiate with. Obviously, the sales people always check back with management...which is very interesting experience, to say the least. The "higher ups"...I certainly did not enjoy the pressure and disrespect from the Sales Manager, Michael (I think he is not there anymore, as I do not see his pic on the staff page.) When we came in for an initial test drive and began the price negotiation process, he joined Joe after the first price check. We went back and forth, going over pricing and then after we came to an agreed upon amount, but were just not ready to sign off on anything at that moment,---he abruptly stood up, and "stormed" out of the cubicle, while my husband was still speaking--extremely unprofessional. Honestly, if Jesus wasn't my Lord, and if I didn't take my Walk with God seriously, I would have not been able to overlook that behavior, and would have taken my business else where. I say that to say this: most people are not going to walk in Love and Forgiveness--and it is something that is a sad "reality" in this world; so especially in business, you need to pay attention to how you react and treat customers. (This goes for each of us in our everyday lives, and how we perceive and react to others.) I do not hold this against Joe; nor the dealership as a whole. I forgive Michael as well, and hope that if he ever does see this, that he takes it constructively and applies peaceful and kinder social skills, It's just not cool to be rude, nor entertain bully tactics against ANYONE. I pray that arrogance and attitude go, because I see that Michael truly is a good guy at heart; he just has set ways and perceptions that need to change. That's a different topic, one that needs to be discussed and lived en masse. Anyway, we dealt with the finance manager, Vinny Cangialosi--very friendly guy, very professional. He zipped through all the paperwork and had everything ready to go, which was appreciated and cool. I had to laugh when he "tricked" us after completing the paperwork--told us to go wait for the car and then we got all hijack congratulated and spotlighted by the staff--aghhhh! I hate eyes on me! My husband and I are kinda reserved people, so I wanted to disappear and not have any praise! (Only God gets all the Glory and Praise!) It was all in good fun and it's cool that the Dealer Welcomes you to the Bayside family of buyers. All in all, everything was smooth from test drive, to purchase. Again I highly give thanks to Joe for his kindness, diligence and overall awesomeness! He is highly Professional and understanding guy. I would totally buy from him again. I pray for all the staff as a whole and we'll be seeing them, as servicing will be needed after all this driving! Hope this helps potential buyers--seriously do not be afraid to come here, they are honest and work with you, patience in the car buying process is a must. It also helps to do your research and come fully expectant of what it is you are in need of. Good blessings to Infiniti of Bayside, and blessings to those in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. If you need a bigger vehicle, I highly recommend the Qx60!! Such a fun vehicle, and do not let the test vehicle fool ya---the one you purchase will drive like a dream! More

Above and beyond my expectations My previous car was an Audi, from Biener in Great Neck. After dealing with them, Infiniti of Bayside was pure gold. Would you believe someone who works in a dealership actually used his free time to negotiate an incredible rate for me, EVEN after I agreed to the first offer? Amazing.
