Cautioning other customers before using the service department at Infiniti of Melbourne! Waited an unreasonably long time (over three (3) hours) for a scheduled simple oil change, and my vehicle was department at Infiniti of Melbourne! Waited an unreasonably long time (over three (3) hours) for a scheduled simple oil change, and my vehicle was damaged during the visit. The service manager Martin Hausen said they would fix the damage and take responsibility for what happened, but I was then given the runaround (for over six (6) months) and the issue was never resolved. Also there is a high turnover in the service department, another red flag. Buyer beware, they’re unprofessional, have no accountability, and management will ignore your calls if you have a problem with them! More
