The following day 08/14 I received a e-mail from Rob Walsh stating to contact him when I arrived at the dealership which I did, we then got into the particulars of the deal which was the most pleasant I had ever experienced, by the end of our discussion the deal was done and drove the new car home which was a surprise to me there again excellent, next day 08/15 back in to talk to the Business Mgr. Michael Wolfert,, We all know that part of the process can be a stressful situation, but there again it wasn't for me at this dealership when done everything was signed car detailed and I was on my way. I would tell anyone if in the market for a great car experience go to Infiniti of Ardmore the staff is pleasant they make you feel at ease and they go the extra mile to make sure you walk out with the car of your choice, I even received a follow up call from Rob Walsh to make sure I was still happy with my purchase, it doesn't get any better than that and again I would like to say THANK YOU Infiniti of Ardmore I just can't say enough about the great servce and personality of each person I came in contact with at your dealership. More

Satisfied is definitely an understatement with the car I drove off in. I will not go to any other car dealership when looking for a new car. I love my infiniti and the people at Ardmore were fantastic. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used infiniti to check out their inventory and go to Ardmore!!!! More

The company has no techs that will service Bucks Co. so I of Ardmore agreed to fix it-after many months of me trying to get it fixed. They gave me a loaner but didn't finish after 2 days. I complained and they offered to detail my car, then called to ask basically, why I hadn't dealt with the original contractor- and to find out who they should bill. Unbelievable- since they sold me the contract. TERRIBLE communication within the company. Below is the letter I sent the day I picked up the car. Hello Mike, My brother and I were out and test drove the Q70 on Monday. I think I explained that some work was being done to my car. I picked up the car today after being told that it was ready (by Andy) only to discover, after walking up to my noticeably dirty car- sitting near a tree, that the ding was removed but the paint had not been touched up because "the tech forgot the touch-up paint." I had explained to your finance mgr. and Manager Mike when I asked for an appointment that the paint touch-up was my primary concern. (I purchased a touch-up package when I bought the car) More

I test drove the new q50 and when I came back from the test drive, his manager gave me an estimate for leasing the car I just drove. The lease estimate was $1,500.00 more than the listed on their website and $100 more per month than the deal on their website (this is on top of my returning customers discount). They acted like they were doing me a favor and they have never responded to my phone calls when I asked them about it. I would never trust them More

This dealership is pretty terrible. I purchased a CPO vehicle here and while the car is fine, dealing with anyone from the dealership is difficult. Several messages have received no responses whatsoever vehicle here and while the car is fine, dealing with anyone from the dealership is difficult. Several messages have received no responses whatsoever. They overlooked a large chip in the windshield that was not pointed out to me while looking at the car at night. I looked at a BMW X5 with a similar problem and dealer pointed out the chip to me so I could consider it. In addition to that, I had to specifically ask for a few things that come with a CPO vehicle, so if you are not 100% certain of what you are supposed to be getting, this dealer will happily stiff you. Also, be sure to negotiate in that they fill the gas tank and replace the wiper blades. Evidently the 150 point inspection or whatever is done does not check the wiper blades. They will also send you on your way with 1/4 tank of gas too. Next time I am in the market, I will drive 500 miles to make sure that I do not need to deal with this place again. If possible, stay as far away from this place as you can. More

Details below if interested. On 10/23 I found a listing on ebay for 2011 G37 being sold by Infiniti of ardmore. I made an offer on that day. On 10/24, I called to find out on the status of my ebay offer. No one had seen my offer but Curtis was willing to accept my offer. He tried to add additional fees that were not in the ebay listing but after some negotiation he removed most of them. I made the deposit to hold the vehicle. At the end of the call, I asked Curtis to send me an email with the details of the transaction and the paper work I was suppose to sign. By mid-day on 10/25, I still hadn't received any email or calls from Curtis. I called Curtis who told me he had just came in and that he was going to get me the paperwork. By late afternoon I didn't receive any paperwork. I called again but Curtis didn't answer so I left a message. Few hours later, no word from Curtis. At this point, I'm getting cold feet. Who wants to by a vehicle sight unseen with a dealer who doesn't communicate well. So I called the dealership and spoke with a sales manager about getting my deposit back. The manager tells me that he is busy right now and will call me back in a few minutes. I didn't hear back from the sales manager that day. The following day(10/26) I wake up to some missed calls from Curtis and Pete Markakos. I call back where I learned the reason I didn't hear from Curtis was because he was "off" on 10/25 and that he came in just to send me the paperwork.(He should have communicated that) I was asked multiple times if I was still interested in purchasing the vehicle which I said yes to as long I got the paper work that day. After various attempts to send the papers via email, I asked Curtis to send it via fax. Success!! I got the contract and within a few minutes I signed and emailed it to Pete Markakos (never got Curtis' email address). I didn't hear back from either Pete or Curtis. I figured everything was in order. On 10/28 I called Curtis to see if he received the paperwork, He quickly forwards my call to Pete Markakos' voicemail. I left a message requesting a call back or email response. Few minutes later, I got an email from Pete Markakos stating that the vehicle was sold on 10/24. More

He saw the commercial for the Q50S and just wanted to see it to make sure he was still sold on the Audi. Daryl won us over. He was educated on every aspect of this car. He rolled with the punches as we had our three children with us. He was honest, funny, compassionate, genuine and patient. I did not feel pressured to choose this car. He took so much time to make sure everything was perfect for us. So today, one day later, we are sitting in the Infiniti dealership signing paperwork to buy my husbands Q50S!!!! NOT an Audi !!!!! Sheldon helped us with all the paperwork. He is another one who knocked our socks off. He was so understanding and took them time to answer every question we had. He was amazing. I have to be honest. I have owned 12 cars from the time I turned 16 to my current age of 41. I love cars. I have had so many horrific experiences in car dealerships and with car salesmen. This was the first time I left a car dealership happy and feeling as though it was a good experience at every turn. I hope this solidifies your decision to go buy your Infiniti at Ardmore with Daryl and sign your paperwork with Sheldon. You will not be disappointed. More
